The CLOOP waitlist allows interested individuals and companies to receive updates about CLOOP’s development, pilot opportunities, and launch timelines. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, pilot selection or availability of specific features.

1.2 Acceptable use

By signing up for the waitlist, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the site in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to misuse or interfere with the functionality, data, or infrastructure of the site

1.3 No warranties

CLOOP is a developing pre-launch product. All information provided on this site is offered “as is”, without any guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or future product functionality.

1.4 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLOOP / ROFFI Oy is not responsible for:

• Temporary downtime or unavailability
• Losses arising from use of pre-launch materials
• Decisions made based on early product descriptions or previews

1.5 Changes to the waitlist or website

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist or any part of the site at any time without notice.

2.1 Personal data we collect

When you join the CLOOP waitlist, we may collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Role / Job Title
• Company Size
• Challenge Description (your description of your customer or churn-related challenges)
• Tools you currently use (CRM, support, billing systems, etc.)
• Technical metadata (e.g., IP address, device, browser type, submission timestamp)

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

2.2 How we use your data

We use your data to:

1. Evaluate your waitlist entry and pilot suitability
2. Contact you about product updates, early access, or onboarding
3. Understand customer needs and inform product development
4. Send transactional or confirmation emails via Resend
5. Improve our website and onboarding process

• Resend, for sending transactional or informational emails

• For the duration of the CLOOP waitlist and pre-launch period
• For a reasonable period afterward to manage onboarding or deletion requests
• Until you request deletion

You may request removal at any time.

• Resend – for transactional email delivery
• Internal employees or advisors – for evaluating early access and pilot candidates

We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside these purposes.

2.7 International transfers
